How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Subjectboom Restoration wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Take

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Subjectboom Restoration
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Note that Subjectboom Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@subjectboom.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
